Útiseta - A kint ülés gyakorlata
Az útiseta - szó szerint “kint ülni” - az óészaki hagyomány egyik ősi spirituális gyakorlata volt. Lényege, hogy az ember egyedül, nyitott érzékekkel ül a természetben - gyakran éjszaka és szentnek tartott helyeken -, hogy látomásokat kapjon, kapcsolatba lépjen istenekkel, szellemekkel vagy őseivel, és betekintést nyerjen saját sorsába.
